With Hex Nines, you're paying for a hassle-free experience and the peace of mind that your bike is in expert hands.
We are fully set up to complete any repairs services or installations on the go, using high quality industry recognised tools and products.

Level 1 - Health Check £35
Ensure your bike is safe to ride with a thorough once over and a level 1 service report.
(Recommended between level 2 services)
- Bike wash
- Brake and gear adjustment, pads and cables checked for wear
- Safety check
- All frame bolts checked for correct torque/tightness
- Tyre wear checked and inflated to correct pressure
- Chain checked for wear and lubricated
- Service report (via email)
Level 2 - Interim Service £65
Prolong your bikes life with an interim relubrication of all its moving parts, a thorough safety check and a basic wheel true. Level 2 service report will be provided.
(Recommended every 6 months of regular use or 3-6 months if regularly riding in muddy, wet conditions)
Level 1 service plus:
- Brakes, Gears, Headset, Bottom Bracket and Wheel hubs serviced. (Hydraulics bled/Cables replaced, full disassembly and inspection then regreased and re-adjustments made)
- Chain, chain rings, crank and cassette cleaned and lubricated
- Wheels cleaned and basic true
- Service report (via email)
Level 3 - Annual Service £125
Get the full Hex Nines service experience, a careful and comprehensive disassembly, clean, inspection and re-lubrication of all moving parts. Gives your bike the like new feeling and ensures its longevity. Includes a complimentary wash and polish with a level 3 detailed service report of the condition of every single part.
(Recommended annually for a mountain bike (MTB) and two yearly for road bikes)
Level 2 service plus:
- Bike disassembled to bare frame, washed and polished
- Frame and derailleur hangar alignment checked
- Threads and tubes cleaned/degreased and checked for damage.
- Full component specific service including thorough degrease and relubrication of all components
- Comprehensive service report (via email)
Additional Services
We provide most work to repair or replace parts. We also build new bikes, complete pre-delivery inspections and can build and true wheels. Please contact us for a quote or with any questions.

Unless stated, our service prices do not include the cost of parts. Any additional parts required during a job or service will be quoted separately, including both the part cost and associated labour. We believe in complete transparency and informed decision making therefore, we will always contact you to discuss any necessary additional work before proceeding and provide you with comprehensive information about your bike so you know as much as we do about it. Our aim is to avoid any surprises and keep you in control.*

*Payment will be agreed prior to any work being undertaken. Payment will be expected prior to the receipt of your bike or parts being worked on. If no payment is received, the bike or parts will be kept by Hex Nines to cover the costs incurred by labour or parts for the job.
