We are fully set up to complete any repairs services or installations on the go, using high quality industry recognised tools and products.

Level 1 - Health Check
£50
Ensure your bike is safe to ride with a thorough once over and a level 1 service report.
(Recommended between level 2 services and Ideal for casual riders, commuters, or anyone looking for a quick safety and performance check without a full service)
- Bike wipe-down
- Brake and gear adjustment
- Pads and cables checked for wear
- Full safety check
- All bolts checked for correct torque
- Tyres checked and inflated
- Chain checked for wear and lubricated
- Service report (via email)
Additional work or parts required will always be discussed before proceeding.
Level 2 - Interim Service
£95
Prolong your bike’s life with a thorough drivetrain clean and lubrication alongside inspection of hubs, headset, bottom bracket, and precise adjustment of brakes and gears. A basic wheel true is included and a detailed Level 2 service report highlights your bike’s condition and any recommended maintenance.
(Recommended for regular riders or bikes that see moderate use)
Level 1 plus:
- Drivetrain clean and lubrication
- Bearings (hubs, bottom bracket, headset) inspected and adjusted where possible
- Basic wheel true
- Service report (via email)
Additional work or parts required will always be discussed before proceeding.
Level 3 - Annual Service
£160
Experience a complete, professional deep service for your bike. We check, adjust and lubricate key moving components where appropriate and where possible, ensure smooth, reliable performance across the whole system. Your bike will feel revitalised and ready for every ride. Includes a complimentary clean and polish alongside a detailed service report of your bike’s condition and any recommended maintenance.
(Recommended for high-mileage, neglected, or performance bikes)
Level 2 plus:
- Bike clean and polish
- Partial component removal (derailleurs, brake callipers, chain, cassette) for deep cleaning
- Advanced drivetrain degrease and re-lubrication
- Full adjustment and optimisation of brakes, gears, and moving parts
- Includes up to 2 inner cable replacements or 1 Hydraulic brake bleed if required
- Frame and derailleur alignment check
- Full system check and torque check
- Service report (via email)

Ensure your child's bike is safe and reliable with a service tailored to maintain and repair.
Equivalent to a level 1 service
Additional Services
We cover most areas of bicycle work to repair or replace parts. We build new bikes, complete pre-delivery inspections and can build and true wheels. We can also provide pop-ups for basic bike care and cover for a range of events. Please contact us for a quote or with any questions.
£40 per hour will be added as a labour charge to any work completed

Unless stated, our service prices do not include the cost of parts. Any additional parts required during a job or service will be quoted separately, including both the part cost and associated labour. We believe in complete transparency and informed decision making therefore, we will always contact you to discuss any necessary additional work before proceeding and provide you with comprehensive information about your bike so you know as much as we do about it. Our aim is to avoid any surprises and keep you in control.*

*Payment will be agreed prior to any work being undertaken. Payment will be expected prior to the receipt of your bike or parts being worked on. If no payment is received, the bike or parts will be kept by Hex Nines to cover the costs incurred by labour or parts for the job.
