Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking an appointment or bringing your bike in for service.
By using our services, you agree to these terms with confirmation through signing our waiver form.
LIABILITY
Hex Nines takes pride in providing excellent care and attention alongside our expert service to your bicycle. While we strive to provide the best possible service, there are certain situations where we cannot be held liable for damages or issues with your bike. These include, but are not limited to:
- Pre-existing conditions or damage to the bicycle
- Damage resulting from normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use or maintenance by the customer after any service/repair
- Issues arising from modifications or alterations made to the bicycle by someone other than at Hex Nines
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. GUARENTEE
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. We offer a guarantee of 3 months on all our services. This guarantee covers defects in workmanship. It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by accidents or misuse
- Issues arising from parts not supplied by Hex Nines
If you experience any problems covered by our guarantee, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for a repair or adjustment.
